How to Submit Batch Defects & Mechanical Inaccuracies
If you have experienced an unexpected hardware breakdown, skin pinching on loose tissue, or sudden motor failure on a tool we have reviewed, please submit a diagnostic report including:
- Tool Identification: Brand, model name, and the specific production batch or date code printed on the chassis or plug adapter.
- Failure Mechanics: Detailed description of the malfunction (e.g., thermal spike past 10 minutes, cutter blade binding under coarse hair load, battery discharge drop).
- Photographic Evidence: Clear macro images showing blade tooth alignment, foil wear, or fracture points.
